Conditions you must meet

Documents you must provide

  • A return ticket valid within 90 daysTranslation: a return ticket that must be valid within 90 days.
  • A written invitation from your host, or a hotel booking confirmationTranslation: a written invitation from the family member or friend you will stay with, or a booking confirmation if staying at a hotel.
  • Evidence of funds — bank statements, or a sponsor's undertakingTranslation: show you have enough money for maintenance using, for example, bank statements or a document in which your host promises to cover all costs during the visit.

  • Visa fee: EUR 90 from age 12, EUR 45 for ages 6-11, free under 6Translation: aged 12 or over EUR 90; children 6-11 EUR 45; children 0-5 no fee; the fee is not refunded if the application is refused.
