Conditions you must meet

Government fees

  • The permit document carries a fee set annually — with NO exemption for any nationalityResidence permit documents are "valuable paper" under Law 210. The no-exemption clause is in the same sentence and is what distinguishes this fee from the permit fee below, which some nationalities are exempt from.
    Residence permit documents are within the scope of valuable paper in accordance with the Law No. 210 on Valuable Papers and are subject to a document fee, the amount of which is determined annually by the Ministry of Finance. There is no exemption from the document fee for citizens of any country.
