  تسمح خدمة "إصدار تصاريح مزاولة العمل التجاري" لأصحاب العمل تقديم طلب الحصول على تصاريح العمل للقوى العاملة والمستثمرين، كما تسمح ب:

Documents you must provide

• The documents depend on the economic activity and the occupations being authorised, and are listed in the separate services guideThree named categories: the municipal licence and lease contracts, documents by activity and occupation determined during the application, and approvals from competent bodies for specialised occupations in health, education and elsewhere.

• The municipal licence and lease contracts, attached through the establishment document management service

  - الترخيص البلدي و عقود الإيجار - ترفق من خلال إدارة وثائق المنشأة (المنشآت)

• Specialised occupations in health, education and similar sectors need approval from the competent authority

  - موافقات جهات الاختصاص للمهن الاختصاصية في الأنشطة الصحية و التعليمية و غيرها.

Steps in the process

• Three steps: log in with a national ID card reader or an e-authentication-enabled mobile, enter the recruitment data, and upload the required documentsThe data required includes the labour office, the activity, the workplace, the number of workers and the occupation — and personal data for specialised occupations.

Government fees

• Fees are set by occupation category and licence duration under Ministerial Decision 340/2016: 301 for the first category, 251 for the second, 201 for the thirdRial Omani. The category is decided by the ministry's separately published occupation classification file, so the fee cannot be determined from this page alone.
